The Copyright & Trademark Nightmare (A True Story)<\/h3>\n\n\n\n<p>This is my biggest red flag. The legal framework for AI is a complex, evolving landscape.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p><strong>Here's a real-world story:<\/strong> We had a startup founder come to us in a panic. He had &#8220;designed&#8221; his logo himself using a popular AI image generator. He built his website, printed his <a href=\"https:\/\/inkbotdesign.com\/effective-marketing-materials\/\" title=\"The 15 Most Effective Marketing Materials for ROI\" data-wpil-monitor-id=\"14648\">business cards<\/a>, and even put in a trademark application.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>His application was rejected. Your brand is your single greatest tool for differentiation. A logo is the end product of a strategic process, not the start of one.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<h2 class=\"wp-block-heading\">Part 3: The Reality. How a Pro's Workflow <em>Actually<\/em> Uses AI<\/h2>\n\n\n\n<p>So if AI doesn't just &#8220;make the logo,&#8221; what <em>are<\/em> professionals doing with it?<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>They're using it as a co-pilot.
