It's a powerful, tireless, and phenomenally fast <em>intern<\/em>\u2014but it's an intern with zero taste, no strategic sense, and a frightening habit of copying other people's work.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>This article is the practical guide I wish I could send to every new client. They're buying a commodity, not a unique asset. They're buying something their competitor can generate tomorrow with a slightly different prompt.<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li><strong>Hiding the Tool.<\/strong> Designers who use AI generators for 90% of a project and pass it off as their own original, strategic work. Your brand is the gut feeling people have about your business. It's your reputation. It's like building a house with no foundation. They were proud of their AI-generated logo. It was a pleasant, blue-ish swoosh inside a hexagon. They'd paid \u00a350 for the &#8220;premium&#8221; file.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>We did a 10-second reverse image search.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>We found <strong>14 other &#8220;tech&#8221; companies<\/strong> using a virtually identical mark. It can create breathtaking images. But that's the problem. It's developing a &#8220;house style.&#8221;<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>You've seen it: the hyper-detailed, perfect lighting, glowing particle effects, slightly waxy skin, and the infamous weird hands.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>When every business uses the same tool, everyone's &#8220;custom&#8221; art starts to look the same. It destroys the one thing a brand needs most: <strong>differentiation<\/strong>.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>Your &#8220;unique&#8221; blog header looks just like your competitor's &#8220;unique&#8221; ad creative.
